Fund the Auditor collects minimal information — what you choose to submit through a contact form. This page describes exactly what is collected, how it is used, and who holds it.
Fund the Auditor collects personal information only when you voluntarily submit it through a form on this site. The primary form is the Start a Fund intake form. The fields collected are:
No other personal information is collected through the forms on this site. Fund the Auditor has not added advertising pixels, behavioral analytics scripts, or remarketing tags to this site. If you navigate here via a link that contains tracking parameters (UTM or similar), those parameters may be logged by your browser but are not processed by Fund the Auditor beyond standard server logging.
Submissions are used to respond to your inquiry. That is the only use.
Your contact information is not sold, rented, licensed, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is not used to build advertising audiences. It is not traded or exchanged with other organizations.
If you submit a Start a Fund inquiry, your information may be used to follow up on that submission, to assess whether your project aligns with the model, and for related correspondence. If no further action is taken on your submission, your information is retained in the CRM used to manage inquiries (see below).
Email communications: If you receive a response to your submission, that response is operational — a reply to your inquiry. Fund the Auditor does not operate a mass-marketing email list. If a periodic update newsletter or similar is launched in the future, a separate opt-in process will be used and this policy will be updated.
Submissions are received by Osiris Infrastructure, the operator of this site and its GoHighLevel (GHL) platform sub-account. Osiris Infrastructure is the entity responsible for this site's content and operation.
Depending on the structure in place at the time of your submission, inquiries specifically directed to a fund operating under the Fund the Auditor model may also be routed to that fund's operator. This would only occur where you have specifically indicated interest in a particular fund or jurisdiction in your submission.
GoHighLevel (GHL) is the CRM and form platform used to collect and store submissions. GHL processes and stores form data on behalf of Osiris Infrastructure as its platform provider. GHL's own privacy policy governs GHL's data handling practices as a platform.
Submitted contact information is retained in the GHL CRM as long as the inquiry is active, a follow-up process is ongoing, or as otherwise necessary for operational purposes. There is no automated deletion schedule at this time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data you have submitted to this site. Requests are handled manually by the site operator.
To make a request, contact the operator directly with a description of your submission (approximate date, form used, and the email address you submitted) so the record can be located. We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable time — typically within 14 business days.

This site is built on the GoHighLevel CMS platform, hosted under an Osiris Infrastructure sub-account. GHL provides the hosting, CRM, and form infrastructure. GHL's own privacy and data-processing terms govern its role as platform provider.
No advertising networks, behavioral analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar), or data brokers have been deliberately added to this site. No third-party remarketing scripts are present.
Standard server-side logging may record IP addresses, browser type, and page requests as part of routine infrastructure operation. This data is not processed for marketing purposes and is not sold.
This policy may be updated as the site, its platform, or its operations change. The effective date above will be updated on any material revision.
